RSS (Real Simple Syndication) is a way to keep you updated when frequent updates happen on a website and you want to be notified about the changes and the content. You can use RSS to keep updated on the Knowledgebase Articles, downloads, updates to manuals and announcements. You can use Outlook to track your RSS feeds or you can download an RSS reader (for free) from the web.
To setup an RSS feed in Outlook:
- Select Account Settings under the Tools menu.
- Click on the RSS Feeds Tab.
- Click New.
- Copy the links below and past them into the fields on the New RSS Feed window.
- Choose how frequently you want to be updated (most frequent is 1 hour).
To setup an RSS feed on an iPhone:
- Download Free RSS Reader (published by Simon Oualid)
- Copy the links below into the reader. (Do not try to copy/paste the links generated by Safari on the iPhone; they will not work.)
